Bradford West Gwillimbury REALTORS®reported 37 transactions through the TorontoMLS® system in July 2011, representing a 5.7 per cent increase over July 2010.
Average Price of the home sold in BWG was $359,895 which represents 2.6% increase over last year’s sale price.
"Strong home sales continued in July, with a substantial rebound over last summer’s slow-down brought about by higher mortgage rates, new lending guidelines and misconceptions about the HST. -" TREB president says.

Detached homes: 24 sold; average price: $396,204; median price: $378,500; 34 DOM
SemiDetached homes: 2 sold; average price: $289,500; median price: $289,500; 9 DOM
Link homes: 9 sold; average price: $296,022; median price: $289,900; 29 DOM
Townhomes: 2 sold; average price: $282,000; median price: $282,000; 29 DOM
