Natalie Korchuk is a consummate professional who serves a diverse clientele in the GTA. Born and educated in the Ukraine, Natalie developed her strong customer service skills while operating her own retail business there. Prior to that she studied linguistics and psychology at the CentralEuropeanStateUniversity and taught Russian.
Natalie was drawn to real estate when she immigrated to Canada in 1999 and has been successfully helping her clients realize their dreams since 2006.
“I like constant change and meeting new people,” Natalie says. “Because every client has different needs, I get great satisfaction from helping them with the real estate transaction from beginning to end.”
Indeed, Natalie’s customer service is exceptional. She keeps track of every transaction including all closing dates, renewal dates for insurance, bookings for home inspections and appraisers. Her network includes mortgage brokers and home stagers and she works with her clients through every step of the process.
In her second year as a Realtor, Natalie ranked in the top 15 per cent of producers for Prudential Real Estate, a large network of real estate professionals across Canada and the U.S. She is currently working with Right at Home Realty Inc. (RAH) and has completed her Star Agent certification. RAH has three offices with a network of 1800 agents.
She is no stranger to IT and uses the latest technologies to ensure her listings sell faster. One client, an investor, wrote recently, “Thanks for the deal. It was fast, as always, with you.” This client has completed five transactions.
Her diverse clientele include buyers and investors from outside Canada including those living in Japan, China and Russia. These clients have returned to Natalie for investments, buying and selling, as well as for personal and recreational real estate. And they often refer their friends and family.
Because Natalie is an immigrant herself, she understands the needs of newcomers to Canada and works with them to help them with their dream of home ownership.
She is happily married to Oleh Korchuk and they have a son who attends university.
